Race Summary
LASTRAW forwardly placed five wide, responded willingly in the stretch, wore down the leader and outfinished RADIO BALL. RADIO BALL outrun early, advanced seven wide into the second turn, stayed well out in the strip the remainder of that turn and closed well late but missed. RAIN GAUGE set the pace off the inside and held on gamely but was outfinished. After pulling up, RAIN GAUGE was vanned off. PEWEE VALLEY steadied after the start, recovered to race within striking distance off the rail but tired late. D' SPRINGS closest to the early pace three wide, battled to the stretch and tired. NO PASSING RANGE never far back along the inside, held on well to the stretch and tired. BETTER THAN LUCK was no factor. MYSTICAL SMOKE was outrun. TRAIL BOSS bumped TEWNTY AMP at the start, steadied in the initial furlong when in tight, raced five wide on the first turn, stayed wide on the second turn and faded. TWENTY AMP bumped at the start, raced four wide on the first turn and stopped.
